“Justice should be available to all, not just those wealthy enough to afford it.”
The firm has gone from strength to strength and the two partners now are Paul Davison and Anna Duke. The current firm of Davison Flynn Duke Solicitors LLP has served the local community for many years, striving for justice and an outcome that meets the clients expectations. They believe that justice should be available to all, not just those wealthy enough to afford it.
The partners have over 80 years experience in criminal law and have represented clients from the police station all the way through to the Court of Appeal. Both partners are duty solicitors on the Wirral scheme and hold the coveted Higher Rights of Audience (Crime) allowing them to represent clients both in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court.
The firm also has a vibrant civil litigation department headed by Richard Pownall and Gary Liaolo, both of whom have a wealth of experience when dealing with such matters.
